Tournament # 5, Sept 6 2008, Mississippi River Pool 19
The weather for this event was perfect for the fishermen but maybe not for the fish. Things seem to be tougher than expected probably due to the absence of grass but somebody always wacks them and this time it was the team of Danny Graham and Todd Flockhart who brought in over 17lbs beating the field by over 4lbs. They also brought in the big bass of the event with a 4.64lb largemouth.
The runner-up spot fell to the consistent team of Chad Kerr and Quinton Inghram with just shy of 13lbs. They caught their fish on Giant Killer spinnerbaits and jigs by Trader Outdoors.com. Kerr and Inghram are sponsored by Rose's Bait & Tackle and GK baits and calls, Bi-State Contracting, and Thunder Baits.
