The story today was much the same as last week. A great number of fish were caught but the vast majority were too small for the livewell. The sky was cloudy, the river muddy, and the wind made it tough to fish in open areas but most of the field was able to bring in limits of bass.

Justin Long earned his first win in the division with 15.75lbs anchored by a 4.42lb largemouth. Justin claimed to have been fishing main river channel with a crankbait but not sure that was the truth since he knew he had to keep his secret for one more day.

In second place was Mike Waddell. He fished in Burlington and brought in 14.79lbs. Mike was followed by Quinton Inghram with 13.95lbs. He was fishing pads near the launch with tubes and spinnerbaits. Quinton is sponsored by Bi-state contracting, GK calls, & Thunder Baits.
