Fishing was tough today. The skies poured rain throughout the entire tournament and the river was high, muddy, and fast for this time of year making for interesting conditions. While there was no shortage of fish, very few were keeper size.

First place went to Ben Sampica from Cedar Rapids with 2 fish weighing 3.93lbs. Ben locked down to pool 13 to find his fish as he was not familiar with pool 12. Second place went to Mike Blaesi with a 2.29lb largemouth. Ken Warren brought in a 1.95lb smallmouth after sorting though about 15 short smallies.
