This was a very tough event. The already muddy and high conditions were made worse after a storm passed through the night before bringing the dreaded high pressure day and blue skies. These great anglers simply rolled up their sleeves and found a few fish.

At the end of the day Dave Knutstrom found the largest sack with 6.56lbs. He was followed by newcomer John Mercer with 6.50lbs and in third place was Mike Huffman with 4.69lbs.
